Product availability
Lead times are dependent on stock availability. If we have stock on hand, orders will be dispatched the same day or the next business day, provided payment is validated/received timeously.
If the product is not in stock, please allow 15 to 20 working days plus delivery transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse.
We will make every effort to ship your order timeously, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Sleep Lifestyle will contact you and keep you posted regarding your delivery.
We will not be liable to you for failing to supply products ordered by you, if the shortage of stock or capacity is due to circumstances beyond our control. In such circumstances we will take reasonable steps to inform you of the shortage of stock or capacity as soon as it is practicable to do so.
Delivery Policy
Once successful payment is made for the purchase, it is noted that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any product or service through this website.
Delivery charges are calculated on the distance from the store and will be added to your total order value. Your order will only be processed after we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
We deliver via our delivery partners in Gauteng and we will you contacted within 48 hours of your online purchase to make arrangements for your delivery. Please contact us for delivery options to other regions in South Africa. Should any product be out of stock, expect a lead time of 7-15 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: In terms of lockdown regulations all deliveries will be contact free for the safety of our staff members and customers. Our delivery partners will follow all protocols for your safe delivery, including sanitising and wearing masks.
Refunds/returns/exchanges warranty Policy
With respect to the current COVID-19 Pandemic we will not exchange or replace products until such time as it is deemed safe by the authorities. If there is a factory defect or warranty issue, the factory inspection will only occur once it is deemed safe. Many thanks for your understanding.
Authorized returns are accepted within 7 days provided the item is unused and in its original packaging and not soiled in any way.
We cannot accept items which are custom-made, personalized or in special sizes, unless the special order does not conform to the original order specification set out in the initial ordering phase.
We will charge a minimum 15% handling fee should the product be removed from its original packaging.
We strive to offer you the best product for your needs. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will exchange your purchase subject to the following terms and conditions:
- No exchanges will be done without original proof of purchase.
- In the case of an exchange, a minimum handling fee of 15% of the value will be added on to the new invoice, as well as an additional delivery charge.
- This is only valid if an approved waterproof mattress protector was used.
- When you receive your product, ensure that it in satisfactory condition when you receive them. If the products are damaged or marked on delivery, you must noted it on the delivery note and inform your sales person within 24 hours after the delivery.
- Any product that is soiled or in an unsatisfactory condition, it cannot be exchanged.
- Refunds are not done on goods correctly supplied in good order.
- All our products have warrantees and guarantees that are provided by the manufacturer.
- If the Product is deemed to be in an unsanitary state, the warranty and guarantee of the Product is void.
- All workmanship is guaranteed by the factory but personal comfort cannot be guaranteed.

Purchases – Legal Obligation
When you confirm a purchase by clicking to proceed, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of funds charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, will be limited by our terms & conditions. You should not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Payment Options as Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and Master Card credit cards or by bank transfer into the Sleep Lifestyle bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Please note: We only accept 3D secure enrolled cards. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
